Returns & Exchanges Policy

At That Car Life, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

This policy applies to orders placed and delivered within Australia.


🔄 Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be in new condition (unused, unwashed, and in original packaging)
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • No restocking fees apply

To initiate a return, contact us at thatcarlifebrand@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.


🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item? We accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns:

  • Item must be new and unused
  • Exchange request must be made within 30 days
  • Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please email thatcarlifebrand@outlook.com to get started.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

📦 How to Return an Item

  1. Email thatcarlifebrand@outlook.com with your order number and return/exchange request
  2. Repackage the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team
  4. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number for reference
